2. Prices

All prices on this site are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at the prevailing rate at checkout. Delivery is quoted separately from your postcode and shown before you pay.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing. Where a price has been listed in error we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of order unless you hold an approved credit account with us, in which case our agreed terms apply.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery runs on a rotational schedule by postcode area and is typically around four weeks from order. Priority delivery within three days, 48 hours or 24 hours is available for a surcharge and is confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed unless a priority service has been paid for and confirmed. You must ensure the site is accessible to the agreed vehicle type and that somebody is present to receive the goods. Please check your delivery is complete before the driver leaves.

6. Cancellation and returns

Consumers. If you are buying as a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Goods must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Return carriage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty. Made-to-order and bespoke units are exempt from this right.

Businesses. Orders placed in the course of a business may be cancelled before manufacture begins. Once manufacture has started a charge may apply.

7. Faults and warranty

Our units carry a [warranty period] warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This does not cover damage from misuse, modification or failure to assemble the unit as instructed. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

8. Assembly

Flat-pack units are supplied with assembly instructions and are designed to be assembled by two people using ordinary hand tools. We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from incorrect assembly.

9. Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods. We are not liable for loss of profit or other indirect losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
